The hotel offers a complete cottage per person overlooking the river with a delicious breakfast, but is in much need of renovation and a good interior designer. The service is incredibly attentive and provides excellent assistance, though there could be some room for improvement in certain details. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views over the Thames River and within walking distance of Sonning village. The dining experience is good, though with less choice than expected, and the facilities are satisfactory.
